Eddie and George Wake Up with the Cats in Apache Junction - and Celebrate with Bisetti Coffee!

Eddie and George have finally come out of hibernation.  It was a long hibernation.  Dave and Kathy travelled to Ecuador and Peru, and the boys had to stay home and guard the RV and truck.  It was hard work.  They mainly slept under the covers on the bed.

Anyway, Dave and Kathy came back on Monday, and the cats came back (wait...there's a song by that name, isn't there?) on Tuesday.  This morning was our first morning all waking up together.  Eddie and George decided to celebrate.

Here's a group photo of E&G with Flip and Lucky.  Baxter took the photo.  George clearly has his arms raised in celebration.  Eddie seems to be joining Lucky in quiet contemplation, and Flip looks like she's about to leap out of her skin.

Dave and Kathy brought back a bunch of Bisetti coffee, as well as two new coffee makers to try out with the coffee.  More on that later, but E&G decided they wanted some new coffee with one of the new brewers.  So here, Eddie and George are trying out the Aeropress.

This was all the more appropriate because Dave and Kathy skyped this morning with Laird and Risa and they all enjoyed sharing tasting notes about the great coffee.
