Looking further to the east, here Kathy is looking out at the North Entrance of Yellowstone National Park along that far ribbon of green which is the Gardner River. The Gardner River flows out the North Entrance and joins the Yellowstone right in the town of Gardiner. As we walk into town from our RV park, we cross a bridge over the Yellowstone River. On a typical day, looking down at the river, you can see numerous rafters embarking from below the town on their white water adventures on the Yellowstone.

A Climb Above Gardiner, Montana
After dinner tonight, we climbed the mountain behind our RV park to get a view of Gardiner. Here's a photo of the town, with our RV park in the center foreground. If you look closely enough you'll see Great White the truck and Chuck the 5th wheel!
