Today was driving and shopping day. Our truck needed an inspection sticker, so we found a Freightliner dealer in Lebanon, New Hampshire that could do the inspection and also the scheduled 64,000 maintenance. We drove over an hour to get there and then picked up a rental car from Enterprises. After dropping off the truck, we hit Eastern Mountains Sports for some hiking and camping gear, the mall for some cards, the pet store for cat harnesses (no luck), the hardware store for some springs and a faucet splitter (Kathy accidentally left the last splitter in the Vermont campground - bad Kathy). We found a golf warehouse and picked up two "sunday" bags for our clubs. We also found the Seven Barrel Brewpub and Restaurant - yum! After lunch we drove an hour to get to Concord. We stopped at a PetSmart (still no harnesses that we like). Then it was on to Camping World, where we bought loads of RV stuff. We then had an hour drive home. We left the RV at 7:45 a.m. this morning and didn't get back until 4:30 p.m. We are totally exhausted from all the walking around on concrete. Give me a mountain trail any day. We're heading out now for our sunset walk. Here is a photo from yesterday's walk.
